Asphalt sealcoating is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt surfaces, such as driveways and parking lots . Asphalt sealcoating will prolong the life of the asphalt and will greatly improve its appearance. Sealcoating - typically made from oil-based sealers or asphalt emulsion - is applied using a sprayer or a squeegee. The coating is designed to reintroduce the natural petroleum back into the asphalt, to seal the surface and prevent water and other elements from penetrating the asphalt. A properly maintained asphalt surface will limit cracking and other damage over time.

The process of sealcoating typically includes cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust and other debris. We fill any cracks or potholes and then apply the sealcoating material on the top for a nice black finish.
