Hot rubberized crack sealing is a process used to repair and prevent potholes and deterioration of asphalt surfaces, such as driveways, parking lots and roads. It is typically rubber and additives which is then heated to approximately 375 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure proper adhesion all the way down to the base of the crack.
The hot rubberized material is applied with a specialized melting kettle that is poured into the cracks, then it is smoothed and levelled out to create a seamless repair. providing a moisture proof resilient barrier to prevent water from getting in and prolonging the life of your asphalt.
